At mkliniki, accessible via mkliniki.urbantechforhope.com and through our Android app, we are committed to delivering dependable healthcare services — including doctor consultations, pharmacy orders, and medical deliveries.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Failed Medicine Delivery: If we are unable to fulfill a pharmacy delivery request due to a logistical or technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancelled Appointments:
  • If a healthcare provider (doctor or pharmacist) cancels the appointment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If the patient fails to attend the appointment or cancels late, a partial refund will be issued. 10% of the total fee will be retained as a service charge.
• System/Technical Failures: If a service cannot proceed due to issues on the app or web platform, we will issue a full refund.

2. Refund Methods & Timeline

• M-PESA: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made more than 7 days after the transaction date.
